Objective

Race against the other ducks and be the first to reach the finish at the bottom of the water slide. Use speed pads to go faster, ramps to fly, and airborne steering to land ahead of your rivals.

Controls

That is it — two directions, on the ground and in the air. The depth comes from when you choose to steer: hugging the inside of a bend keeps your speed up, while drifting wide sets you up for a ramp jump.

1. Take the inside line. Just like real racing, the shortest path around a bend is the inside edge. You keep more speed and travel less distance than the ducks outside you.
2. Hit every boost pad. Yellow boost pads give you free speed. Plan your line a few seconds ahead so you do not have to swerve for them at the last moment.
3. Jump with purpose. Do not launch off every ramp — launch when you can see where you will land. A jump that skips a corner is worth far more than a jump that just looks cool.
4. Steer early in the air. Your duck turns slowly while flying. Start correcting your direction as soon as you leave the ramp, not halfway through the jump.
5. Learn one shortcut at a time. Each track has a few famous shortcut jumps. Practice one per session until you can land it every time, then add the next.
6. Do not panic when you fall. Everyone falls off sometimes. Respawn, take the inside line and look for a jump — races in DuckPark IO are short enough to come back from almost anything.
